PeakeFest Goes Atomic: Your Event Era Starts A Day Early

Being inspiring is lovely, but it doesn't pay the bills. Being the authority does, all year round, and this is the day that starts building it, a full day early in Manchester.

📅 1st July 2027 🕚 11am – 5pm 📍 Manchester 🍽️ Lunch's on us 🎟️ 80 spaces only

Quick One

Being liked isn't the same as being the authority

Quick one. When was the last time someone told you you're inspiring? Properly inspiring, changing lives, the whole thing.

Lovely, isn't it. Doesn't pay the fxcking bills though, does it??

Being liked and being the AUTHORITY in your industry are two completely different things, and most humans are brilliant at the first one and have never once been taught how to nail the second.

Liked vs. Authority

Here's the actual difference

  • Liked gets you a nice comment under a post.
  • Authority gets you paid, brings more opportunities, and the invites to the stage you want to be on.

This day helps you close that gap.

Not through a personality transplant or being told to shout louder than you already are, but through how people see you when your name comes up. Whether you're known as someone who shows up, gets stuck in, and gives a room something back, or as someone who turns up once, pitches, and leaves.

Your positioning gets built in the rooms you're seen in, the events you host or turn up to, and the communities you're known for being part of.

"The people who get on my stage are the ones who show up, get stuck in, and want to be part of my community. Not the ones who show up, pitch, and leave like they're Beyoncé."

Build It Or Be Invited To It

Two paths, one room

Some of you will leave wanting to build an event of your own, ten people round a table or a thousand in a room, because owning the room is the fastest route to owning the reputation.

Others have no interest in running anything and just want to be the person every organiser wants on their stage, and as an event host, I'll share exactly what we look for.

We'll get into your positioning properly, covering:

  • How you talk about what you do
  • Who you let stand next to you
  • What you say yes to, and what you turn down flat
  • The difference between being everywhere and being the name people mention the second your industry comes up in conversation

The Track Record

Built through relationships, not stage-selling

I built PeakeFest from a shaky first year into a flagship festival, where sponsors approach me, year 4 tickets are selling fast, and hundreds are applying to get on my stage, and I did all of this through building relationships, not icky stage-selling, and definitely not on being the most inspiring woman in the room. I'll show you exactly how.

There'll be guests, there'll be surprises, and there'll be the same energy PeakeFest is known for, because a room full of people working out how to become the dominant name in their industry should feel fun.

Get into Manchester a day early, before ATOMICON's even opened its doors, and spend it building the reputation that pays instead of the applause that doesn't. 80 spaces, £150 + VAT.
